Alive Gaming Network (AGN), NSF I-Corps cohort 3/26, is developing a scalable multi-user platform capable of supporting as many users as the DOW requires—a capability not currently available elsewhere. As a first-mover, AGN will become the leading mobile interactive platform for huge hours video streaming content. The opportunity has strong financial potential and DOW relevance, as modern warfare increasingly depends on multi-user coordination with unmanned-systems interfaces before and during deployment. There are many BAAs for UAS good for AGN tech.

AGN is building a many-to-one real-time architecture that lets large numbers of human, or AI users control one shared application through browser-based mobile devices. By separating participation from rendering, AGN enables one authoritative simulation to accept independent inputs from many low-cost endpoints.

AGN has proven the concept in Unity with Magic Bus: users scan a QR code, open an HTML5 phone controller, and interact with a shared MVP video game. The proposed work will mature this prototype into a secure, scalable platform for command and control, training, and collaborative simulation.

If funded, AGN will address latency at scale, resilient networking, secure identity and session management, input aggregation, and integration with simulation and NGC2 environments. The goal is to enable many users to participate in one real-time system without custom hardware, installed software, or separate rendered sessions.
